Are all parts of an incoming transfer required to be held for 10 days?
Hello. Incoming internet transfer of a long gun. Would the buyer be able to take home any of the accessories that come with the rifle? Oil cans, slings or more specifically for my situation the rifle stock when starting the dros period?

Most FFLs will say no, due to the fact that if you for some odd reason were to be denied the firearm, the dealer would need to be able to ship back the entire weapon as they received it, in the condition they received it.

I am not sure that most FFLs would say no. The FFL does not really care what is shipped back since they are not the one who would be getting the refund or lack of a refund due to all the items not being shipped back.
Personally, I don't care and if the person takes the items then I don't have to deal with them. The main issue is with the person forgetting that they took the items. Bottom line, ask your FFL as it is their decision.
