Default New Line-x coating

Hello,

I am in the market for some plates. I noticed you just released Line-X coating for your plates... Do you have any links for tests that I could check out? I am very interested, just can't find any info on the web about this stuff.

My apologies! You were inquiring about AR500 Armor and not Target Man's. I now see what you were talking about regarding their new switch to PAXCON line-x.

We'll have our test videos released soon, and are very excited about it! Keep an eye out on our website, and youtube channel.

We appreciate your interest. We've found Line-X's dedicated line of frag/spall protection to be the best on the market, which is why we've made the change and now include it as the new base coat on all of our armor.

I've seen Line-x research and it truly is impressive. I tried coating my own plates at a local line-x but it was cost prohibitive. Nrakid, this stuff is amazing. Paxcon is straight up bomb proof. Literally haha I kid, but am serious, check out "line-x Paxcon" testing.

AR500 I'm pretty sold on your plates, my one hesitation is the cut... whats up with the ASC as opposed to the normal shooters cut? Why the dif angles/dimensions?

The ASC cut allows most operators to shoulder their rifle better than a standard shooters cut. It allows the stock to be positioned a little lower making it more ergonomic than having to have the stock ride higher on your shoulder. Gives the end user more options with minimal loss in coverage.

I got some 6x8's in the mail few days ago. Plates were tight in my rig I already had. I had to shave off 1/8" off a side. I used a 4 1/2" dewalt grinder. TOOK ME A LONG TIME GEEZ. The coating alone took a while to grind off. Thats some good stuff. Im very happy. Thanks all.
