It's a shame that it has the LCI and mag disconnect safety.

In held one a SHOT Show if that counts.

If feels the same as the SR9, but with a .45 inscribed on the slide.

Pull up the factory video online about how they are made... the internals are made in modular sections.... pretty cool.

You have to be a LEO to get one or lucky enough to PPT one from a LEO in CA. You could also SSE one but that can be a big PITA.

I don't think anyone except an FFL or a cop has one in California yet, they only got on roster on the 15th, so assuming someone bought one day one they can pick it up Monday.

Personally, I want one, but I just don't have the money right now, maybe in a month or two

Typical Ruger. They always go bang. And that's about the only thing they do extremely well. Everything else is just ok.

And yes I have shot that exact Ruger. Fits my hand well. Trigger is so so. Nothing special in my book.

AAARGH! I just drosd a P345 from turners last week. I asked if or when they would get any sr45's in and he said he had yet to see any so I figured I would jump on the p345! Anyone know what they are selling for?

$469 plus tax, fees and dros. I don't have the paper work in front of me but I think it was about $527 OTD.

The only thing I don't like about the SRs are all the dumb safety features.

LCI, Mag Disconnect, manual safety, all kind of pointless and more things to fail

Used to own an SR40c and the first thing I did was remove the MDS

Just called Turner's yesterday in San Bernardino and Escondido, and they are talking deposits for the new Ruger SR45 (stainless steel). They will be available the week of March 11. The deposits need to be made in person.
