I don't know why but I love Rugers, I've had more Rugers than Mosin Nagants.
1 MkI
2 MkII's
5 10/22's
1 P89DC
1 SP101
1 GP100
1 Super Redhawk (1st pistol I ever bought)

So sad to see they all sank to the bottom of that lake in the boating accident.

All of them together! the GP100 being the newest.

and the SR9c and the GP100 together.

Also I ended up painting one of my SR9c mags and I think it came out pretty good, also posted this pic in another thread.

Damn, you guys have some absolutely beautiful Rugers.

I especially like the revolvers. I've never had a revolver before, but some time I hope to own a Ruger SP101 or GP100.

In the meantime, here is my LC9S. I love this pistol. It has a sweet trigger and it's my favorite Light Duty carry.

They are inexpensive, reliable, not ammo picky, easy to maintain, and strong.

And generally speaking, less expensive than a semi auto that doesn't suck.

I bet an SP101 would be a fine revolver to own. But don't discount single actions. They will grow on you, even if you have to (get to) thumb the hammer for every shot.

-------

Now, question is, since they are made by Pine Tree castings and use all Ruger compatible internals, do BFR's count as All Ruger, All the time? Here's a nice BFR in 500 JRH (if you haven't heard of it, it's a "normal cylinder 500S&W") that has the Jack Huntington grip frame mod and some custom grips:

Recoil isn;t even all that bad for a short barreled big bore.

Alright this thread needs a new picture or two, here is my brand spankin new .357 Magnum Blackhawk. I think this one will mesh well with my older model Blackhawk and the new revolver feels almost as heavy as my really old Blackhawk.

I love shooting this gun. It fits my hand, and is easy to find my targets with. Would like to match it with a SR22 and an SR45. On the revolver side, I'm pining for a Vaquero in .357.

From the Black Mamba in above post to a chopped and threaded MK IV. Had a conjugal visit with my Sparrow-22 suppressor this morning and you just can't help but giggle after those first couple shots.

Good call SkyHawk on bumping this thread!

Sorry I do not have any Ruger's anymore to contribute to this thread.

Had the following:
SP101 9mm
22/45
10/22's

Most of my Rugers now are MKII, MKIII, and MKIV pistols.
I've been pondering a Max9 the past few weeks, as I don't have any compact pistol.

Default New to me p85

I picked up a P85 on consignment here in San Diego. Aside from holster wear, it is in really good condition mechanically with little to no anodizing wear on the rails. Already had the MkII retrofit. Carried a lot, shot little?

ps. If you happen to be the seller, I'd appreciate any history on this one (pm me if you want).
