Default Flush cut and reverse crown(1911)

Hey guys, does anyone know of any place in SoCal that can do this service? Preferably in the Ontario, LA, or OC area? From my research it's about a 30min-1hr job? I don't see sending it out and having downtime for a cosmetic mod.
TIA,
-marcus

And,, you can't find a gunsmith, that is really good, that will drop everything he is working on and will take up your job for the 30min to 1hour ??

Hmmm,,,I got nothing!

I don't understand the reason for the attitude? I Never said drop everything. But shipping out of state is a hassle and often a 1-6 month downtime. What's wrong with saying that I don't find it worth that downtime to send out from what is considered a fairly easy modification, and rather work with someone local? this community is too great to have trolling so quickly, that's not what we're about here is it?

The problem is that you made it sound like you wanted it done while you wait. No, we don't know any decent gunsmith that will crown a barrel while you wait. If you are willing to drop it off and come back a week or two later, we probably can recommend a few.

+1 for garyvale commentary.

Gunsmith work should never be done quickly. It is precision machine work.
Not an attitude merely an observation.

I'm not sure where you are located.....

Try Bolsa Gunsmithing in Westminster, or American Pacific Rifleworks in Riverside.

I suggest you call first and make sure they can do what you want and the lead time.
