Wife has a BOB
As I being a father and a husband, I dont tell my family much what I do and most of the time they don't really care. They just know when it is time, they will be taken care of. Long story shore, my wife asked me if it is ok if she put some of the important documents in BOB to put it in my safe. I was totally blown away. Never knew she has suck thing. I guess being a mom that is part of the duty...

That's good for both of you.
 But sounds like your family could use a little more communication. Preparedness is more than squirreling stuff away: you also have to have response plans. Practice/training is also a good idea. Waiting until the SHTF to start assigning duties and explaining what & how to do things is putting yourselves in a disadvantaged situation.

I can say that being a husband for 20 years has made it clear I don't need to tell my wife anything I'm doing -- she knows it already!
My takeaway is that it's great his wife is self-motivated to do some sensible prepping.

BOB has a while different meaning when you work at a bar. Most women that frequent my place have a BOB or two.
