Too funny....I made different plans for Saturday then I remembered this is the same day so I figured I'd change my plans and go watch some Tannerite blow up.

How many Pinatas do we need/have for this?

I only got one so far, will pick up another before Saturday. Got 3# of Tannerite. I have to save some for the clean up on 10-17

Ok. Just trying to get a rough idea of who's showing up, what everyone's bringing and what anyone suggests bringing for those who might not have gone last time. That way we know if we need to leave some parking places open or somewhere or whatever.

Na it's cool she can sit up front. I'm back and forth on going. Heading up to Reno some time Tuesday. Might go camping and skip out on the Tannerite goodness and drive across the border Monday.

We'll figure something out. Maybe I'll stop by Bob's place and break his rake just enough for it to finish breaking when he's just about done cleaning up Saturday. Then it really WILL be him that breaks it this time.

I can see everyone laughing about this when it happens right now and it's awesome.

Who is bringing the tactical rake?
Don't forget shade canopies, chairs, icechests, refreshments, food, mellons (not for food), trash bags, insect repellant, sunscreen lotion, etc.

Now that addiction told me he lives in Morgan Hill I can catch a ride with him. I'll have to see what's going on with Reno when I'm up there.

I'm coming, with one other. I'll bring some targets including 2 half mannequins, some metal stuff to shoot at, maybe an 02 tank, etc.

I can bring an easy up/shade (not sure which one, wife may take the free standing one.... some tagets, and I have some Appleseed targets if anyone wants to shoot a Army qualifying test (AQT at 25yds).

I also have a bunch of old shelves (think press board, 3/4" x 1' x 3') is you think they would be good to shoot at.

any other suggestions?

presume this is rifle and handgun friendly?

plus tell me more about needing a rake, I have a few, and at truck so I can bring just about any tool you want....

Jim

Rake is kind of a joke from last time. SOMEHOW Bob's broke.
We like to cleanup the area after we shoot so if you reload its a good time to pickup brass.

Mostly just picking up after ourselves.

Shelves would be good probably. I'm pretty sure they'll stand up and hold targets easy enough. Do you have a way to dispose of them after so you're not stuck holding onto them in the garage?

VERY rifle and handgun friendly. Last time I was out there I shot about 5 rounds and someone said "ever shot a 1911?" Never met the guy, never talked to him, nothing. Nice group of people out there......well except for Mike he causes problems. hahaha

BTW....I'm sitting here in a free state looking at my 30 round magazines full of ammo and my M&P with 15 round magazines and wondering if I should shoot them or just let them collect more dust. Last thing I want to deal with is the memory of what its like to have more than 10 rounds.

I'm afraid that Bob is going to get pelted with handfulls of brass from all sides. Like rice at a wedding.....
We can add 2 cases of T to the count.
I'm torn between a 360 or a 454 for my next handgun. I liked them better than the S&W 505 in 50Cal. I'm leaning towards the 360.It is more versatile because it can fire 3 calibers of ammo. I'll just have to wait and see.

I'm sure there is a hand cannon in your future once you get to shoot my 454.

The best part is you'll have the rake to clean it up. Consider it donations to your reloading collection. hahahahaha we're such nice people.
