Stopped by Reseda store today. Saw 5 romanian WASR's, didn't have price tags on them. Saw like 5 AR type rifles with aimpoints and eotechs. 2 ptr91's. A bunch of RIA 1911's. There was no ammo in popular calibers.

Bunch of AK's came into the Pasadena store today. There were at least 6 on the display shelf and I overheard the employees saying that there were more in the back that needed to be logged.

While waiting to do a trade with a fellow Calgunner I perused The Turners at Corona and see a larger selection:

1. Ruger 556 $1200
2. Delton AR15 $900 ( i think)
3. H&K compact/full USP9 and USP40 I think a P2000 as well . All in the $999 price range
4. Glock 26 and Glock 27 ($569)
5. Sig 2022
6. The full line of RIA and Citadel .45 pistols
7. S&W M&P .22, 9c and .40c( also Mags for the .40 compact @$40 each)
8. Springfield XD's, not sure which ones, not my type ...

The ammo area is bare but I am starting feel that at least things are starting to again look normal again for firearm availability.

Hope this helps some folks still searching!

Turners in Pasadena did not have much. Placed a deposit on a Ruger SR9 (see how long it takes, think im 3rd or 4th in line). Asked about Marlin 336 rifle and also none in stock. :-(

Was at turners in Reseda around 3pm. Plenty of art, aks, and ptr. Same rifles from two weeks ago bundled with optics. But they are taking deposit on other ars (m&p 15, deltons and dd) without the bundled optics. All popular calibers were sold out.

Haven't been to Turners in about a month. They'll take deposits on AR's now that they don't have in stock?

Any ideas on the prices?

Saw lots of ARs in stock at Norwalk today. Didn't look like any had optics. S&W were around 900, but I wasn't paying too close attention on terms regarding accessories etc. I would call and see what you can find out.

9mm, 223, 308, 45acp and 40s7w ammo too. Apparently they had 22LR too, but they put it out in batches. once in the morning around 10AM and again at 5:30PM. None was out while I was there at 12:30.

Anyone know what happened to the Franklin Armory billet lower pre-order? A buddy of mine put some money down back in January and every time he calls they give him the runaround.

Scam? Not exactly ....

These have arrived and are being received and boxed.
We'll fill deposit orders first and it looks like we'll have some left over for new sales.

Few factories are giving us any specific notice as to when things might ship; some do, some don't.

The "we don't know for sure, could be in the next week or so" answer that you get from the stores, is exactly what the factories are passing on to us.

In either case, they are here, at last.

Still a scam. Last I checked it wasn't March. The way that Turners advertised these implied that they would be available in late February - March.
You guys cashed in on a ton of pre-orders by advertising those dates. (pretty sure you guys didn't even believe those dates yourselves)
How many orders would you guys of gotten if May was advertised? .... Go ahead and keep blaming the manufacturer. It was unrealistic to advertise those dates during one of the busiest gun runs we've ever witnessed. /rantover

We started shipping them at the very end of January, so many people DID get theirs before March was over. It did take Franklin Armory a little bit longer than expected to send the entire order, and that is my fault not theirs. It just took longer to scale things up than I had planned. Turner's has acted with integrity throughout this whole deal so give them a break! ...

We started receiving shipments within that window for folks who had the first 100 or so orders in. The folks who bought later had the longer wait.

We trusted the folks at Franklin and they did well considering the heavy load they have. They're putting out great stuff and we'll keep ordering.

Question for turners, during the previous shooting sports event at Mike Rahaages all the stores had special show prices. Will this happen this time.
What are the chances of the M&P 45 being on sale.

Yes, our sales tent will have special pricing.

Maybe, with regards to M&P 45. Handguns are still really tough for us to find. Even though it's only 20 days away, a lot can change between now and then.

S&W shipments are picking up but they are way behind on what we have on order.

I was at the Turners at Orange and they had a Stainless Steel Synthetic Mini 14 on the shelf. It was a new model with the drill and tapped receiver and that comes with rings as well as a rail.

To make a long story short, I bought it.

San Bernardino Turners has about 15 boxes of 20 round 223 @ $12.99 a box. A bit pricy but it if you got to have it… it will work. @ 2:30 p.m.

I saw one on the shelves at Pasadena Turner's on Thursday. Not sure if it's still there.
