Good Gun Smith that dont cost a arm and leg !!!

Hey guys just looking for someone local that does good work for good prices. Currently just looking to cut down the barrel on my M91 30 about 4 to 5 inches and getting a muscle break installed, also looking to remove the rear sight and maybe getting the whole gun redone in that dura coat I think it is. The Dark grey one....
