Thank you for the websites. Is the Carrier Comp 7 Round Mag Tube better than the Benelli 7 round tube?
Also I just found this out:

Federal law and the ATF told us that we must replace THREE parts from the following parts list to bring a BENELLI M4 semi-automatic shotgun into compliance:

Receiver
Barrel
Bolt
Bolt carrier
Gas piston
Trigger housing
Trigger
Hammer
Disconnector
Buttstock (with integral pistol grip)
Forearm/handguard (forend)
Magazine body
Follower

The stock did feel too long for me, but I'm a rather small framed Oriental 67 inches in height. So it'll vary.

Sadly I sold my M4 before leaving to Fort Knox. Will miss and totally regret.

Yes get those. That was one of the first couple of things that I did when I got my M4. Got a longer mag tube from Daves Metal Works and a side saddle setup.

If you just bought the M4 recently, then you may want to break it in.

Soooo a friend is selling me his used M4 with mag extension and SKB case. I'll post pictures once I pick it up.

Is $1500 a fair price for a used one? It has normal wear marks but is 100% functioning.

Sounds like a pretty good deal...with mag extension and case.
plus these things are built to last so a slightly used one should not be an issue.

I wish he was selling that when I was looking for mine.

Never. Logistically it makes no sense as they have a dedicated line of Vent-rib Shotguns. Then you would have to remove the rear ghost ring and rail, which can lead to people damaging the receiver without the proper tools.

I doubt MGW has the exact dimensions for a Benelli Barrel. Even if they do, it will cost alot more than what you intend to pay for a barrel because they need to machine the gas piston block and the two barrel bands.
