5000sq/ft home in a 14k sft bunker downsizing?

They mention nothing of the home above the bunker. As cool as the bunker is most people would live topside for the majority of their stay when its not raining fallout right?

Las Vegas is way at the bottom of my idea of a bugout location. And really, for $18 million they can't fix the shoddy cracked asphalt?
