FYI , We have a incoming shipment of Yugo M70 Rifles that will be CA Legal these will have a fixed stock that will not fold mag lock and ship with a 10 round mag. These are not the Century Arms units and they are made with 100% new Virgin parts kits and a US extra heavy 1.6 mm receiver & fire control. Why are the stocks welded? Is that feature illegal in Ca.?

Yes the rifle would be below the legal length limit if the stock was folded
