Wink 10mm birthday!

I recently hit the big 40 and some friends had the idea of a range day with only the birthday caliber. Since I had all the 10mm out I had to take a family photo. As part of the present my girlfriend loaded every 10mm magazine & clip that I have. I should have taken a pic of the mags and all the moon clips but I was too distracted.

Clockwise from the top: G20 slide on my G21SF frame, S&W 1076, Kimber Stainless Target, S&W 610 6 1/2", S&W 610 3 7/8", Javelina 7", and what was supposed to be my G29 slide on the G30SF frame but I realized after the pic is the G30 slide on the G30SF frame. (squint and pretend it's a G29, I already put them back in the safe).

We had intended to stick to 10mm only but a couple of .40 S&W managed to sneak in since I hadn't had a chance to shoot either yet.

Top: Sig P229 Bottom: CZ P-06

It's too bad we didn't think of this in time for my earlier birthdays. 22 and 38 at least would have been fun but I've started to prepare for 45.

Clockwise from the top: Kimber TLE/RL II, G21SF (with the 21 slide), G30SF, HK45, Springfield Mil-spec Operator.

Thanks!

I'm amazed at how well the Javelina shoots. It's strange having that little recoil out of a 10mm but it really deadens it. Fun gun!

Now I just need to start looking for a .41 magnum...

Interesting Operator. I usually see the rear adj. sights sitting further forward on the slide.

Nice collection!

I was lucky enough to buy it locally from a LEO who bought an extra. It's a great gun at anywhere near list price, not so great at some of the inflated values.

Love the 10mm collection, I have the SW 610, g20, and kimber ST II as well! so what else is needed to put a G29 slide on a G30sf frame other than a mag swap, is that it? if so thats sweet I just might have to do that!

That's a nice start for 45.
Thanks for sharing.

By the way, love the HK45. I haven't had a chance to shoot mine yet.

That's all it takes. 10 seconds or so to convert each way. Tougher part is finding a 29 slide separately.

I'd admit that's a tough one for me. I'd love to have one but haven't found the right one yet. I never really started out to collect 10mm, it just happened as I found ones I like. I'm sure I'll find a Delta eventually.

Dang! Hey Tang, got any more info on this one?

X5s are in 9mm and .40, I thought Bruce uses .45 platforms for their 10mm conversions?

That is awesome!

Thanks! I need a new family photo to include the 10mm AR as well.

Unfortunately the 10mm P220ST still seems to be out of reach for me...
