Red face Red dots

I'm looking for a red dot for my ar pistol. I'm interested in the open style.

Any recommendations? If it holds zero, I'd be happy with that. Less is better in this case.

How about a Burris FastFire III in the ARF3 mount?

http://www.opticsplanet.com/burris-a...ire-sight.html

I have a FastFire II in the ARF3 mount on my KISS carbine. The Fastfire III adds preset brightnesses to the auto-adjust only of the FastFire II, and the batteries on the III can be changed without removing the sight.

A good single point sling would be a good idea, H&K teaches an isometric stance with the MP5K (pushing out against the sling to steady the pistol).

Try the search button... lots of threads on red dots....

You need to decide if you want a range toy price range of $70-$150

Or

If you want something that can be dropped on the optic and still work and hold zero

$400-$600

Lots of existing threads on red dots... take a quick search
