Saiga .223 (sporter style) & keeping it this way.

Camoclad vinyl wrap A-tacs FG - looks more green in real time than the tan finish in this photo.

Renegade buck AR adapter, Beryl style rails/peep sight, shortened butt stock with limb saver.

Sad guy, looks good (rifle and wrap)
Do you have any close up detailed pix, looks like the wrap is pretty good at letting detail through, I can see the checkering on the stock still.
Over all how do you like it?
Is it shiny or reflective at all?

I love this. I've wanted a sported with a magwell adapter for so long

I don't have any close up shots. I like the Camoclad sticker and would recommend it. Its easy to apply with a good exacto knife. Just measure and fit, then trim to exact size for each section of the rifle. Its a very thick sticker made with 3M material.

The finish is flat but it makes the rifle a bit more slippery.

Thanks guys for the compliments!

Had this older Russian reflex sight once, sold it as I didn't have a good way to mount it. It was made only in 11mm dovetail mount.
The sights reticle is one large chevron and adjustment are very rudimentary, basically you sight it in (by using a laser bore sighter in my case) by loosening the optic screw and once it's sighted properly the screw needs to tightened back up and no further adjustments are required. I guess do to it's simplicity this makes it extremely rugged. AA battery consumption is exceptionally good for a 20+ year old piece of electronic.

Anyway, Few weeks ago I thought about a different mounting solution and happen to see the same sight on Ebay. I bought it since I had BP-02 mount. Removed the side-mount top rail, cut off reflex sight mount legs, drilled/tapped 3 screw and this is the end result. Very satisfied how it came out and I'd rate it better then Kobra for CQB type sight. Low profile as well.

The chevron looks much sharper in real life, it has about 6 brightness adjustments and even in bright sunlight its usable. The reticle is smaller than what these photos show (lens zoom affect), the top second photo is a bit more accurate in size).

This is all I have handy. I've put a fixed triangle stock on it since.
The gun is chambered in 300Blackout. I turned the barrel, it's a slightly heavier profile because I wanted to dimple the barrel. Since I made it heavy, I had to accommodate with a custom gasblock, I also made.

One of my favorite guns right now. I haven't wanted to strip it down an finish it because I like shooting it so much.

That looks like a AR stock adapter plus ACE entry stock. I don't think the Beryl stocks have the foam on the stock.
