For stage 5, it might be a good idea to specify when a shooter is considered to have moved, since there might be some different opinions and gaming there...

Challenging my shooting experience is not the way to learn the importance of including the location of a shooting event in the posting. There are many experienced and highly skilled shooters visiting CGs that do not know NCPS even exists much less its location.
The experienced and respectful shooters that I know would have answered something akin to: The XYZ event that you asked about is at……It is a great shooting facility with many friendly and helpful shooters. We always welcome ya-da-ya-da-yada. Responding to questions this way makes it much easier on egos when their shooting results get grinded to the bottom of the score sheet by ‘new shooters’. |

Im pretty sure its the same as SMM3G, if its sticks to a magnet its not ok, no matter where the steel is.

The match is almost 2/3 full. If you want to make this match please send in your application with the match fees quickly. Applications without match fees will not reserve you a spot in the match.
Also with respect to steel jacketed ammo. If the magnet picks it up at any little bit you will not be able use it. Steve McCormick Match Director |

The wolf I have is Steel Case. I use it all the time for hoseing stages. They're only worried about the projectile.

All current Russian commercial ammo has a bi-metal projectile that sticks to a magnet. If the bullet sticks to a magnet, you are DQed. Steel cased ammo such as Hornady Steel Match is OK.

The match flyer will tell you that it'll be at Sac Valley.

Is that where we find the location of shooting events these days, in the match flyer and not the announcement? It couldn't be in the first or second sentence? Well, as they say, "That's Progress!".
Thanks for the posting. |

If you can't find the location in the match flyer, how can you find the targets to shoot at. NCPS has been holding this 3 gun match for over 10 years.
Most all NorCal USPSA shooters know where NCPS holds their matches. It is a big range. This is not a beginners match.

As usual an excellent match, even with the light rain, (kept it cool anyway)
Thanks to all the squads for helping with the tear down. Steve, thanks again for all your hard work.
