So I just got off the phone with Massiel from diamondback regarding internet sales.

They were swamped with orders and they are processing them in order in which received.

If you did not have a back order (BO) expect to have your item shipped w/ tracking in the next day or two depending on your Order Number

If you got a BO you will not be billed for that item until it ships. With that said if you have a BO and in stock items they will bill/ship in stock items when processed. BO items will ship separately when they are in stock.

If your upper or magazines (most BO items) were BO they expect to have them shipped in 2-3 weeks

If you got your order processed for the 40% off you will get the deal!

My invoice shows back ordered. I was charged when I ordered on Friday. My charge on my bank account shows my payment processing with today's date not Friday's date as it previously had. So who knows what's goin on.

They are clearly in the middle of some sort of website transition. Rossi has been setup as the default webpage, for the domain. Unfortunately, their customer database will not recognize your Taurus/Diamondback login credentials. You must enter from one of the Diamondback pages. The IT folks at Rossi/Taurus/Diamondback should know better than to merge on a live site. Then again, it may have been a rushed measure, to cut down on the number of discounted orders.

If you give them a call they will put you into backorder (which should only be 2 weeks) and they will honor the 40% discount.

I had the same issue a couple of times.

Clear cookies and history. If you're in an iPhone, do the reset/restart thing. That fixed the issue for me.

300blk orders placed after Thursday and 556 orders placed after Friday afternoon are back ordered.

They estimate all order from this deal should be filled by next Wednesday.

If you have an order listed as processing, you are good. Just need to be patient. They are honoring the price and filling order as fast as possible.

Specs for the uppers are the same as their complete rifle with the exception of the handguard.

I thanked them for offering such a great deal and said I would post an update here.

Best place to monitor the status of your order is through the website order page.

I asked if I could order a second upper at the discounted price and we both had a laugh. He didn't blame me for asking ;-)

Sounds like a great company, wished I picked up a couple extra uppers, BCG, and LPKs. I'm pretty stoked, when I first started with my first AR15 a few years back I never thought I could build a full aluminum AR15 for less then $500, I'm stoked that I could build a California Compliant AR15 for $350. This is easily the slickest deal of the year.
