loking to buy small rifle primers in the northern california-shasta/butte/lassen county area

i screwed around awhile back and bought 2K pieces of brass, 2K bullets,powder,etc to reload a bunch of bulk 223 ammo, and ill be a dirty SOB if i cant find primers anywere. know there in short supply right now, and because of that fact, ill meet in redding ca and pay up to $60 bucks per 1000ct boxes,up to 5 boxes (5000ct)
