I think that is actually a unique (that is the manufacturer) model 19. They were somehow connected to MAB. I don't recall how but I am sure you can google it. they were made in the 1930s.
Do you have a better picture of the other side of the slide? neat gun. There are a lot of cool .32s from that era that are often overlooked by collectors.

btw.. those things really look like the ruby\eibar pistols. I swear the magazine release and the safety look the same. btw.. are there 2 stars on the frame on either side of the mag release button?

Value is hard to say. They aren't super common but that doesn't do much for the value. There are a ton of 7.65 pistols from that era. These really aren't the most collectible ones for whatever reason. Is it import marked? It looks really pitted from the pics. $200-$300 maybe. They are hard to price because you don't see them that often.
