Congrats on your FFL and the business. Feel free to call me with ANY question you have. Having just gone through the entire process (DOJ coming for a visit tomorrow afternoon) I might be able to provide some insight for you. Good luck and get ready to be busier than you have EVER been. . . .

Great news. Robert, the last owner, was great to deal with. Hopefully Sportsmans Arms will be OLL friendly.
It's so convenient to have an FFL on the way to Circle S.

I'll have to check it out...going to Circle S on Saturday. Nice to hear there's another shop in the area, Montana Hawk / North Bay Firearms left a big hole.

Hey guys, I'm Gabe, new owner of Sportsman's Arms. Unfortunately I never got to meet Doug, but I hear he was a hell of a guy and very knowledgable on firearms. Doc1Buc came in to see me today, very nice guy as well...feel free to come in Monday-Saturday 10-6 and check us out! I'm also open to make special appointments for anyone to work around people's busy schedules. Admittedly I am not an expert on everything, so I am also happy to hear from anyone with suggestions/etc about the store and what we're carrying.

Tell me you didn't buy that nice little blued four inch Model 15 that's been calling my name in the consignment case.

If you did.... good on you and shame on me.

Hey all, Im a buddy of Doc1buc,

We swung by Sportsman Arms on Friday and he was unloading his fresh UPS delivery of XCR's. I picked on up on the spot but i know how rare these babies are so i wanted to pass along the news. He had .223, 6.8 and one 7.62.

Not sure if any one is chasing one but wanted to get the word out on a rare on in the north bay area.

OMG Gabe!!!
Why oh why did you not take over the shop sooner?!?!?!?!?!?
I lived in Santa Rosa for 4 years and gave up thinking I would ever see a shop filled with that evil collection.
I'm leaving for AZ on 9/5.
PM me prices on the Archangel 10/22, the AK (model info also), and one of the tacticool shotty's pictured. I'm also looking for a hi-cap 40sw for AZ winter CCW. No Glocks or XD's.
Did the sale fall through on the DE or is that a new one?

Thanks to Gabe for a smooth PPT today. Got into the store a little behind schedule... a half hour before closing (stoopid traffic). Even though there was a little snafu with the serial number being covered up by a side saddle the deal got done.

Great transaction with great service from start to finish. All you North Bay CGers need to stop in and visit.

Do you still have the KD calguns lowers with the bear logo? I am very interested.

Thanks!
