IMO, I think you overpaid a little for the bullets. Like 3 cents. But if thats all you can find then you did good.

Well thats the think there is very little available and the old price points are hard to find. With any luck being a part of a group will give us all better market information.

I work for a transportation company and all the major motor carriers make daily visits to my warehouse.

But my truck doesn't have the load capacity for a pallet of the stuff.

Are we confirmed for Sunday at Heritage?

I don't see any update on the first post.

Use some needle nose pliers and straighten the mouth out a bit. Then run it through the die. It should be fine as long as the brass didn't fold into the mouth

Cool deal, I think my buddy's Mini14 is hucking these cases like this. I picked up quite a few on Saturday that were like this. Not sure if its normal...

Amazing how quickly you can blow thru 5-600 223's in a couple hours at the range!!

Need to invest in one of those $12 ebay brass catches to attach to the rifle. Saves your brass from getting beat to hell as well as your back from having to shag all of it off the ground.

True... Are those things legal in Ca?? Prolly a stupid question but wouldnt surprise me.

I just ask people around me if they want there brass, most say no. Then I let the range guy know and he sweeps it all to my lane then I use the pooper scooper to fill my bag when we leave!

I need to get up with Nirrad soon to get all this stuff cleaned up and sorted!

How would a mesh bag be illegal?

If those things are illegal then I'm outta this State tomorrow But seriously I can't imagine there being any issue, surely there are some shooters where you go that have them on their guns. It's just a nylon mesh bag with a velcro strap. Just put it on before you shoot and take it off after. I just got mine so haven't tried it out yet.

If it's a black mesh bag, that's very evil!

Lemme know how it works out for ya... I'd be down to give it a whirl but when you start lining up 5-6 rifles at the range it gets cluttered quickly. Outdoor is a different story...

Pizza pizza. Straw hat may be better Colt, I can't remember but I sure they have a room where we could all sit at one table and talk.

I know for sure Ecco's does. (Bellflower & Sterns)

Smart calgunners will read the entire thread this post came from. Others won't. Let's see what happens.

Oh crap. Guess you need a mesh brass anti-catcher deflector and a way to catch the deflections.

Oak Tree has been getting primers on a regular basis. Also, Big 5, of all places, has been stocking primers.

What day is the meet and greet? IIRC it was this Sunday, but I'd like to confirm. I am interested in participating.

I highly recommend that information is in the first post since having to hunt for the time and date of the event is going to discourage a lot of people from participating.

It should be in the first post in all caps.
