CLOSED THURSDAY
I am sorry to pass on this unpleasant news.....
As many of you already know Randy, the owner has been battling cancer since October. His fight recently came to an end early Sunday morning. I would like to invite everyone who would like to join us on July 30th, 2015 at 2PM at St Andrews Episcopal Church for his funeral. I know it is a far commute to many of us, but this holds a lot of memories for Randy's family. the shop will be CLOSED all day for this event. So sorry to all of the family and staff at J&R Sports !!! .. Randy was a true gentleman and professional gunshop owner !!!.. Having moved out of the area 1 year ago,,, i had not heard ... I will miss ,,, and remember his smile and laugh... SteveC...

Just saw this and learning of Randy's passing. My deepest condolences and prayers to Randy's family and close friends.
I knew of his health issues, but was always hoping each time I stopped by the shop maybe I'd see him once again behind the counter with a smile and a laugh helping a customer out. He will truly be missed. |

I just learned of Randy's passing. I am sorry for the loss for family and friends. He was a great guy who always made time for what ever the question was and who ever it came from. He provided advice and friendship to whoever was willing to accept it. He is a tremendous loss to all of us and to our sport. I will truly miss my visits with him, Carl Hamman
