Default Looking for someone that can shorten, thread, crown my AR22 barrel locally.

I read a post from 5 years ago or so that said Kcstott did barrel work locally, however he has his messages turned off. Is there anyone else?

I have a custom dedicated .22lr AR upper I built with a 16.1 inch cmmg barrel. I would like to shorten the barrel down as much as I can so it's flush with the end of the hand guard, and pin a surefire brake on there. It'll definitely be above 16". I would also like to have a target crown put on if possible as well.

Who can help?

Thanks in advance!

First off, why a brake for a dedicated .22LR ? Second, hit up West Coast Weaponworks in Kearney Mesa.

Adding a brake to a .22lr will make it louder for the shot clock to pick up the shots

If shipping is an option, Class 3 Machining in TX does great work at very reasonable prices compared to ADCO, Buhler Ballistics, and D Wilson Mfg. Class 3 Machining lead times is currently 10-15 days as he does dozens of barrels in a day. You can look up his work on FB and/or IG.

I had a AR barrel shortened, rethread, timed/pin/weld muzzle device to an OAL of 16.1" for $135 shipped back to me.
