I really like my JR Carbine but you are going to get lots of input.

Default Thureon Defense Carbine

Here's a couple links to this small company in Wisconsin I believe.

and here's their FB page. https://www.facebook.com/pages/Thure...84029071691389

I got mine over a year ago and love it. I'm a Glock guy, so I got the GA so I only carry my Glock mags and they fit both my pistol and carbine for two-gun competition.

I got the complete Magpul MOE furniture in FDE with MBUS II sights. I added a sling and a red dot.

I've put about 1000 rounds down range and it's a keeper.

4 good options out there. First and my recommendation is an AR-15 based 9mm carbine.

Here is the one from RRA: http://www.rockriverarms.com/index.c...ategory_id=236

Here is a thread on the subject over at ar15.com: http://www.ar15.com/forums/t_3_15/10...mm_AR_FAQ.html

Here are the non-AR ones to look at: Hi Point 995, Kel-Tec Sub 2000 and Berreta Cx4.

Double Diamond Police Supply Glock 9mm AR

They got crappy track record of completing their orders on time.....but their Glock magwell ARs are flawless (so far).

Not my picture.....so don't bother busting down my door.....

Ruger PC9 was a good carbine, unfortunately discontinued and you have to buy used. Another good one to look for used that was also discontinued is the Marlin Camp Carbine.
