As said before, you don't really know what you want until you see something new at the range or at the local gun shop. My safes are full and there are only a few on my list to fill the gaps.

Arisaka Type 30, non-trainer
Swedish m94 carbine
Enfield Mk II .22 trainer
Israeli mauser in 8mm mauser or 7.62 nato
Japanese type 94 pistol

And thanks to Iraqveteran8888 now I need a Nepalese Gahendra Martini rifle

In addition to primarily collection US martial arms, in the last few years I have branched out to some foreign guns. Beyond the normal WWI and WWII stuff I have developed an interest in East Block cold war arms. The trouble with that is, with the exception of handguns, nearly all the long arms are select fire and transferable examples are well beyond my budget.

I was recently able to put together a grouping of a 1958 Polish Kbk-N AK47 with functioning night vision and other period accessories, but it was rather expensive.

I have a soft spot for Poland (Polish firearms are on my secondary list) due to all the crap they went through for the past couple of centuries. That is quite the setup you have their good sir.

An Arisaka Type 30 is in my secondary list of milsurp guns. I remember watching that video on the Nepalese Gahendra Martini. A lot of guns in my secondary list are due to iraqveteran8888 as well. A couple that comes to mind are a Ljungman and Hakim.

If you like Mausers, the Polish variants are very nice. Even the scrubbed SCW ones are very cool.

Cool why have you all been looking and not finding?

Looking through this thread I have yet to see a single type of "wanted" firearm that EMPIRE ARMS has not bought and quickly sold (some of them quite recently).

I guess none of you have heard of our exclusive WANT-LIST service?
(We have only been doing this for over a quarter Century, so maybe you missed it somehow)

Click on http://www.empirearms.com/wantlist.htm

We sell AT LEAST 50% of everything we purchase to those who utilize this service (many thousands of items every year) WITHOUT listing them for sale to the rest of the world (and, so far, have not had a single return for any reason).

You are right Dennis.......

However as far as it goes here, shipping in a C&R from out of state at this point in time has become something of a headache. Has to go through an 01. 01 FFLs here often charge exorbitant fees to transfer a gun.

I have stopped looking at your emails because of this. I will start again once I am out of state and my 03 actually means something.

Please enlighten us to the (non-ripoff) dealer you used for transfers.

He's a long time home based FFL bud of mine. Getting up in years and is going to let his 01 lapse. I'm the only one doing transfers with him these days. I got a mess of .22s, couple Romy SKSs, an SVT and a Garand from his personal stash over the years. I'm still shooting $4 boxes of X39 that came from him. PAX

I believe I put in a request for an early matching Type 99 with MUM and all the dumb features on your Wanted List. Granted, I think I ask for excellent condition which I imagine is pretty rare, and I imagine there are others who possibly have a similar request to mine. I saw your recent listings on a bunch of American guns. If I didn't have other things to worry about, I would've bought a certain 1903 in a heartbeat. I always felt like your prices were very reasonable.
