Default The BETTER THAN A SAIGA- VEPR 12!!!

My first firearm. Never shot a gun before so I went easy...the semi-auto 12 ga! and she is a beast! she likes to play a little rough!

Once I got the muzzle (break, CSSpec's version of the MOLOT MK-01) on her, well, you can't really muzzle this Beast, and she doesn't exactly purr like a kitten.

But she's friendlier!

That puts things in perspective.

Nice rig, but a gas operated 12ga is a cream puff shot from an adult frame.

What is the point of a bipod on a shotgun?

stop being *******s and scaring away new members. you are being counterproductive to the calguns community/gun movement.

I've got one on pre order with Atlantic right now. What kind of issues did you have and how did you fix them?

3/5 gas ports partially covered by the gas block. Wouldn't cycle even 1290 heavy dove loads 100%. I pressed the gas block off. Addressed the affected areas by be belong the mouth slightly. Profiles and polished the hammer and trigger components. Polished the underside of carrier. Runs 1145 skeet loads now. No hip fire on those though. Robs too much power to cycle.

This shotgun definitely has the 'WOW' factor and looks mean. A great range gun, I'm sure.

However, for any kind of self defense situation you would be much better off with an 870 or 590, which with an extended tube would have a similar or greater capacity and be quicker to reload from a carrier than fooling around with a tool to change the magazine.

vepr 12 is built on rpk 1.5mm receiver. its supposed to be better quality control but i dont know maybe i was just unlucky. comves with a hinged dust cover and as you can see its already converted so no stupid sporter bull****. chrome lined gas system and barrel. rpk rear sight which works well shooting slugs. ahhhhhhh picatiny rail on dust cover and it comes with a magwell instead of rock n lock mags.
