I got my new 9mm and 5.56 in just 1 week. The ups driver got a workout.

So you got the more generic white boxes and not the nicer black boxes? Did the enclosed invoice say you got something different than the actual ammo boxes and ammo showed? That sucks anyway.. I have had 4 orders with them and each has gone perfect. I am sure they will rectify.

I guess their shipping was swamped with the recent sale.

My invoice that came with the box clearly states new but ammo was remanufactured, big reman stamp on the other pack.

Update on my situation:

Emailed them on Monday. Today they sent me a shipping label to return the reman ammo and they have another shipment out to me with the correct ammo.

So now I have to drop the package off at a UPS hub to return their wrongly shipped ammo. I hope they better include extra goodies to compensate for my gas money to get to the UPS hub.

I love how people expect something from every company if they make a simple mistake... Oh they have to throw something free in this package cuz they sent me the right amount of ammo but reman instead of new...

Come on man...

Change your attitude. Most places won't accept returned ammo out of safety and will give you credit back. They are making it right by paying the return label and sending you the new ammo. Also seems like they are doing things in a timely manner too.

I just hope someone holds you accountable next time you make a little mistake.

I got someone else's order for 500 rounds of new 9mm instead of reloads. Called them and they asked if I wanted to keep the ammo as shipping back and sending out the reloads would cost more then the difference.

Sure, I'll keep new rounds.

And yes, if i make a mistake like this at work i get my *** chewed up.

Any yes, most companies i know will do something about it if they make a mistake. It's called customer service.

And bear in mind its a UPS hub i need to go to rather than a simple UPS location. Thats almost a 30 mile return trip for me and I have to go during working hours to go drop it off.

Sounds like they are doing something about it. Like I said you're lucky they are letting you ship it back. Bigger companies will tell you to dispose of it at a police station and sent in a copy and they will refund you the full amount.

If it's that big of a hassle keep the reman ammo, everything I've heard of this company is great and they have both great new and reman ammo. Just ask for credit back to make up the difference.

I still can't get over the self entitlement... "they messed up so they better send something free to make up for it"...

What happened to good customer service is when they make it right and replace your product in a timely manner free of charge. Which seems to be the case here. They could of easily said they don't accept returns on ammo just like every other company that sells ammo.

I'll just keep further thoughts to myself, no point on this matter.

To that note, I'll still continue to buy from them in the future as their sales pricing are competitive and I think their ammo is gtg.

I'm just happy to ever get mine. I ordered a few months ago and it took a call to get it shipped after 4 weeks. I placed an order on July 6th and currently still waiting. Not like I'm in a hurry but having to email/call gets old

Monday I received all 40+ pounds of ammo that I ordered on the 4th. I did have to send an email to get things moving. I think they were completely overwhelmed by the volume of orders. Those darn Cal-Gunners notifying each other of sales.

Just for the record, I have placed many orders with them before this big sale and everything was shipped either next day or shortly after that. They have always done great by me and I will continue to use them in the future.

I'm sure they want the ammo back so they can resell it. It'd probably be much easier to just dispose of it at the local PD. And it is a shame that the consumer has to be further inconvenienced in order to rectify the situation.

Just got my first order this week from FM. Bought 250 rounds of .45. Although the package it came in looked ok one of the boxes inside was crushed and about 5 rounds had the bullets pushed in to the brass. The rest look ok but I'll look them over real good before firing. Annoying. Also bought some .38 that was all jumbled around inside the boxes. Must have gotten shaken up real good at UPS. They look ok and none missing.
Not sure if I'll order again from these guys again or not. Maybe if they ever got .357 mag in but otherwise probably not. Might not matter soon if the Gov bans mail order ammo.

Ordered a case of new 9mm today - here's hoping they are better at customer service than Palmetto.

I only see Triune .45acp at 30 cpr. Where are you seeing a 24 cpr price?

Thanks for the code and referral to Triune. I just bought 1000 rounds of .45 ACP for less than $.28/rnd shipped.

Looks like quality... we'll see. I'll report back.

I agree that Mr. Complainer has a right to complain and it would be good PR and customer relations for FM to provide some type of accommodation to him.

TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE TO SEND THE WRONG AMMO and due to nature of shipping back from UPS hub, I would be p**sed about it also!!! Let him keep a box or two might be appropriate.

FM needs to be 'taught a lesson' in these things. I'd feel the same even though my hub is within a few miles of me.

Freedom has "5.56 M-193 55 gr. FMJ New" @ 34.4 cents each for 200.

Well reviewed, made in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

If you are already ordering something to take advantage of the $5 shipping, it's not a bad deal at all IMFUO.

Nice to see prices dropping across the board.

Cheaper than buying from the calguns private sellers, and far less hassle than PMs and meetup.
