Default Good deals thread.

Thinking we should start a good deals thread. Can be items that are good for the price or super sales/ promotions.

I will start it off with what I think is a pretty neat item. $10 and 99 cent shipping per item..

http://www.armynavydeals.com/asp/pro...159&catid=1240
They fit really nice into these ..
http://www.armynavydeals.com/asp/pro...2058%20Pattern

And a great you tube video in these mess kits.

**Update I picked up 2 more of these mess kits. 1 was near perfect.the other one was junk. Thankfully I ordered one just for a second cup. I have now ordered 3 kits from these guys 2 great and one bad.YMMV**

Very nice small sized magnesium/flint steel.. Great for key chains. High quailty and shipping was pretty cheap.

garage sale is a good place/means to obtain many items to assist with survival needs. thrift stores have been of great assistance to me, as well as antique flea markets.

These came in the mail today. Both used and had small ding dents but overall very happy with them. Building the kids and Gf each a canteen kit for day hiking and mini survival. And the shipping was lightning fast Ordered Monday delivered Thursday.

Yeah, they are not the best but if you mess with them they eventually work. I use it with char cloth. Long as one good spark hits, the char cloth lights off.

https://www.armynavydeals.com/asp/pr....asp?SKU=MC214 Add in todays %44 presidents day sale (code 44PREZ) and free shipping comes out to $26 dollars I like that it is a 3 piece system that zips together. Can play around with different set up methods.Picked on up to later on down the road make a winter heated tent.

If anyone likes 511 gear, LAPoliceGear has 20% off bags and pouches.

They are also offering a free folder with any bag/case purchase, free shipping if 511 orders are > $60, free hat if orders are > $100 and free travel mug if 511 orders are > $150.

It looks like they all stack too. So if you order $150 or more you get all 4.

I would think this bag would make a great way to carry a rifle and not attract lots of attention. May be able to wear it with a regular pack as well.
Thoughts?

More LA police gear

http://www.lapolicegear.com/co-bates...-usmc-rat.html

Not a bad boot for $40. They seem to run small, order the next larger size.

I also got one of these.

http://www.lapolicegear.com/diplomat...backpack1.html

Not bad for $30.
