Here's my G19. Just got the slide back from Southwest Precision.

Pretty much stock except my home-made stipple job, Mepro night sights, Zev extended mag release, and the slide cuts of course. Next is an Alpha Wolf barrel if they ever come back into stock.

I just installed my RMR. Did you use the Trij MOS kit for the proper screws and water seal plate?

I didn't use the seal plate but I picked up 2 shorter screws from a local ace hardware store and it worked out fine. Don't plan on shooting in wet conditions so I'll try running it without it first.

I did crack my trijicon plate the first time around trying to use the factory screws..

Yikes. Yeah I had the kit for a while waiting for the RMR to get here. I was pretty surprised the $600 MSRP sight doesn't include screws or plate. There's nothing under the battery unless I missed something in the box. I feel better having that metal plate under it. Interesting design. Looks tough as hell though. I kicked a FF3 off that G17 to see what the fuss is about.

The sight comes with the screws, they just don't work with the Glock plate because they're too long.

IMO, Glock should have included shorter RMR screws with their plates if they advertised it as being compatible. The screws cost me $0.13 total from Ace hardware..

Seal plate could've been sold separately..

Yeah but I think Trij (or Glock for that matter) should just send the screws and plates free if you request info on how to mount, etc... I dunno if my hardware store has the exact bevel to match the RMR, maybe it does but that exact angle will be important. I just felt better grabbing the convenient MOS kit with all the flying RMR stories. Whatever works. I think they do sell the seal plate alone.

The only time anyone would need the shorter screws is when mounting it to the MOS. I imagine only a small percentage of RMR owners are actually attaching it specifically to their Glock MOS, so it'd make more sense if Glock stocked those short screws.

To be honest, I don't even mind paying for the screws myself. It's just annoying that Glock didn't mention anything anywhere about requiring different screws to mount the RMR to the Trijicon specific MOS plate.
