Default Review AA 12pack battery caddy

It works, its cheap and it holds my batteries together in one place. Whats not to like about it? Can be found on amazon.

+1 on these, I keep one of these multi units in the Van - Holds 12 AA, 4 AAA, 2 C, & 1 9V battery

Then AA, AAA, and CR-123 battery caddies in the GHB & BOB.

I tried some other styles but none were as solid as the storacell units.

Adorama has a good selection including CR-123 - the photogs have some cool gear.

I like the idea but can`t you just keep them in the package they came in? It has always worked for me.

I keep my bunch of batteries in a sealed aloksak in my bag. Never got into the caddies.

I have asked this group why a few times but no one answers.

For those that are interested found this on Amazon - http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B007OSD9UO/

Since most of my batteries are Eneloop, I just keep them in the plastic carriers they come in.

The 10 packs come with two extra batts not in a case.

Still not sure how cases are better than waterproff baggies though. Thoughts, comments?

Like someone said, you can id the used rechargeable batteries by putting them upside down. they don't rattle. they don't roll around and a zip lock doesn't work for everyone.

I have ziplock s with batts in my bag and they're annoying and take up space and slow. my bag looks like a sack lunch I have so many in there LOL

plus my baggies get worn through use/abrasion and I hate digging through gear for loose batts.

it works in some cases not in others. I just think its kinda cool really.

I had those clamshell cases. I think they popped open. at any rate they were trashed.

Another thing you can do is to vacuum seal batteries into a bag. The sealed bags holds the bags tight, dry, and the batteries safe.

Works for me.
