Free America prices on auctions sites range fro $300-450 depending on condition and accessories.

Adjust accordingly to account for CA market limitations due to CA unsafe handgun restrictions.

For an unknown make and model, the CA premium is minimal. It's not a CZ Shadow 2 or a Sig P365.

You can always start high and go lower but don't expect a huge off roster premium for an Erma. I do believe they are a bit better than the Stoeger versions.

I gave exactly $100 for one (Model LA22) a couple years ago here. I had to have the chamber reamed/lengthened, because for whatever reason a 22LR round would not fully seat in the chamber, and I had to peen the disconnector in a certain spot to 'grow' it because it would not reset the trigger. I had been warned by the seller that it was only functioning as a single shot.

It runs better now. They are sort of finicky, not unlike the real Lugers

Mine was no safe queen though, it had some interesting engravings done by the original owner when he was but a wee lad.

Erma is made of pot metal. The Stoeger is the better if the two.

I have a Stoeger. With the factory magazine and a little tinkering it doesn't work too bad. The aftermarket Triple K's cause them to jam.

I picked up my Stoeger at a lgs a couple years ago for $200. I think the last one I saw in CG marketplace sold for around $400. YMMV.
