Default Need Life Insurance? October Affordable Care Act Enrollment begins

I have been in the Insurance Industry for over 256 years.

I will offer to any and all Cal Guns members, relatives or referals...a 50% rebate of the first year commissions of the Life Insurance Policy*.

Life Insurance Commissions are 50-100% of the first year premium.

Therefore...a policy that costs $1,000 a year with a 80% commission would recieve a rebate of $400.

*50% rebate of the first year commissions paid when annual mode is selected.

Please PM me if you or someone you know are interested in a no obligation confidential quote.

It used to be but the law changed quite a while ago. In my experience most insurance companies frown upon it though.

Perfectly Legal via Proposition 103 Passed in 1988

I have never had any insurance company, have any issue with rebating as long as it is non-discriminatory. I offer a 50% rebate to EVERYONE who chooses annual premuim mode ONLY.

I have NEVER had any discilpinary actions taken or claims against me in 26 years in the insurance industry and 2 years before that as a series 6/7 Registered Rep in the Securities Industry.

Finally, Commissions on Life Insurance are between 50%-100% of the First year premium...so...If I can help by saving someone 25%-50% the first year premium, I'm happy to do so if they come up with the annual premium. Most people budget monthly or quarterly and recieve no rebate.

Just a reminder to anyone who has, or may have, an estate valued at over $5.25 Million, EVERY dollar over $5.25 Million will be taxed at 40%, so a $6.5 million dollar estate will experience a $500,000 Taxable event.

Life insurance IS the financial tool used to mitigate estate taxes within any properly completed estate plan where generational transfer of wealth is the goal.

For a 55 year old the $37,600*(over 20 years), for a $500,000 tax free payout is a bargain. depending on family history a 25 or 30 year term policy might be more appropriate.

I can:

1) reduce your current premium for the same insurance.

2) increase your insurance for the same money.

In The state of California anyone licensed by the state to sell insurance must post their licenses number in any form of advertising.

Pretty sure this is the law.

I didn't chime in earlier because I log in here on tapatalk and it doesn't show everything that might be posted in a thread.

Have questions about the Affordable Care Act, (ObamaCare)?

Please feel free to PM me with your questions.

Free No Obligation quotes.

United Healthcare and Aetna no longer offer individual healthcare in California. Blue Cross, Blue Shield Health Net and Kaiser are your choices in 2014.
