Yes.
I bought a Vector V51P and didn't have any luck with a response about the barrel issue I've been having. I also sent several emails to Vector in Salt Lake City, but without response. It's supposedly got a 5 year warranty, so i have 4 years left.... :/ |

You completed the order on Friday July 27 th at 11 44 am you have Only emailed our office once since then on July 30 th @ 305 pm. You need to allow us a little bit of time to respond to emails we get 300- 500 per day. There are not multiple emails and a long length of time out of contact .

We do deal with a tremendous volume of emails and phone calls 7 days a week and do our best to get back to customers as quickly as possible but keep in mind we are human and can not answer 500 emails in a single day. Sometimes it may take 24 hours to get through all of them we appreciate everybodys intrest in our product lines and continue to try to grow our offerings for CA shipments.

Friendly to. If you wanted realtime low wait time service, AF would be a Corporation and your call would have been transferred to India. lol
