12 Apr 2015 Clinic

Thanks a bunch Nate, Jeff and Jeremy - you guys put on a great clinic!

To everyone even thinking about participating in IDPA, get to one of these clinics! Nate, Jeff and Jeremy are very knowledgeable, experienced instructors and walk shooters through the basics of an IDPA match from the ground up.

New, inexperienced shooters were treated with patience and given focused fundamental instruction. More experienced shooters were treated with respect and given invaluable pointers and tips - with decades of experience in competitive shooting between these 3 guys, you can learn something, no matter what your experience level is.

Sunday was probably no exception to rule - there was a wide array of experience levels among the participating shooters - and credit Nate, Jeff and Jeremy, everyone, without exception, was a noticeably improved shooter by the end of the day.

Words of warning though...going to this clinic and seeing how much fun IDPA shooting is will make all of your future trips to static paper-punching bench ranges about as exciting as going to the grocery store for milk.

Thanks again, guys, and see y'all soon!

The link below is a gofundme for my mother Loretta, she has ALS needs a procedure that isn't FDA approved and insurance won't cover it. The procedure takes her own stem cells and injects them back into her body to rebuild the neurons that transmit the information from the brain to the rest of her body. It isn't a cure but it might restore some of her body's function and increase her quality of life. Everyone was so great about the ice bucket challenge to spread awareness on ALS, I'm asking my fellow cal gunners to share the link on their social media to help raise the funds needed to help my Mom. I'm desperate guys, any help will be greatly appreciated.
