I’d look at a 2-7 or similar. I’ve had good luck with vortex and weaver rimfire scopes. Make sure it’s made for rimfire or has adjustable Parallax. If it was my money I’d stay closer to 200.

I’ve used these with great success squirrel hunting. Not expensive but works.

I have a 8-32x44 Meuller Target dot on two of my CZ's. I use both shooting 50 yds with the.22 barrel, and 100yds when I change to a .17 barrel. You won't need that much power if shooting varmints with a .22 I paid around $250 for each of them.
