Very nice paintjob! By the way to answer your question the stock is amazingly well balanced. Great for off hand shooting. The only downside is the lack of hardware for bipod installation.

Late model Ruger receiver and bolt (unmarked and splatter finish), AMT Lightning tapered barrel in a heavily inlet'd Wal-Mart Special carbine stock.
All Power Custom titanium internals, 10/22 Magnum charge handle and the see-through scope mount allows use of the rifle sights(barely).



I had to do a lot of relieving under the front barrel band
