Default I picked up a beautiful 34 year old today.

Thread title sounds like one of Neal's from OT.Couple of weeks ago,ran across a deal I couldn't pass up.

Ad said "Smith & Wesson K-22 Combat Masterpiece,90 to 95% condition."Jumped on it.

Seller didn't mention original box, papers and accessories.Plus extra pair of grips.Made in 1979,pinned barrel and recessed cylinder.

Damn, you have a fine revolver there! A S&W .22 revolver has been on my list for quite some time, I wish I could come across a deal like that.

On revolvers and even on some semi-auto pistol like S&W 6906 series, for the most part, if it is de-horned, it is single action only. But if it is NOT de-horned it can do both SA and DA.

Great gun. Great deal! I have a couple of Model 17's and I've always wanted a Model 18 to complement my Model 15.

That's a great price. I've recently seen these k-22 as well as the model 17 in this condition with the box etc for AT LEAST $700!! Even those later unpinned barrels..

Lucky!!!!
