Default Finally got a black aces tactical mag fed pump

I don't like the holes on the rail. I'm going to mill it out and make it one long straight slot

Also I'm going to modify the slots on the magpul handguard and mill out some polygon shapes.

I also plan to bevel out some polygon shapes on the mossberg receiver.

Adding a magpul VFG

I'll update this thread when I'm done milling out the rail and handguard

Other than being scary looking, does this SG have any sort of advantage over a tube fed pump or autoloader?

Is that a maglocked 5 round Saiga magazine? How quickly can this SG be reloaded as compared to a tube shotgun?

Do you think flip up Magpul rifle sights with tiny apertures are a good choice for a shotgun? A simple bead or a large ghost ring set up would make more sense.

The two most universally agreed accessories for a fighting shotgun would be a shotshell carrier and a light. Where are those at?

What is the purpose of the palm shelf pistol grip?

I am sure you realize that faux-hi cap magazine prop will make shooting from a prone position impossible.

I love the glamour shots, but I'd be more interested in how it performs with live ammo. How much does it weigh? It looks heavy.

Its not a home defense gun. Just bought it as a novelty because i was never interested in pumps until they were mag fed.

I can load a second mag in a second or two. NO maglock. NO bullet button. These are 10 rounders.

Magpul were just extras lying around. Im looking for something with a larger aperature.

I got rid of the palm shelf.

Its not a faux hi cap mag. Its a tuned up 10 round magazine.

I can probably shoot prone on the side.

It weighs a lot but its so badass.

I dont need shell holders. I can use a mag clamp or have mag pouches.

Ill take new pics tomorrow.

Which model is this? I'm thinking of buying the "Pro Series 5 Special Purpose". Absolutely bad ***... They take Saiga Magazines correct? How do you like it so far? How much was it?

I have my blackaces pump now. I paid the extra for sniper grey cerakote. When I recieved it from BlackAcesTactical the shotgun was damn bear black. Had to hold it in the light to even notice a hint of grey. I've tried to contact them for 2 months now and still have no response. Very disappointed with heir customer service. Will never do business with them again

theyre pretty fast to take your money when you inquire about buying one. their customer service is very slow post purchase.

hes pretty active on posting vids and pics on instagran and fb.

i got their follower/feed ramp/lip kit where i had to buy my own AGP mags and there are no instructions on how to modify the mags. i modified 1 mag but the AGP follower is too tight. still need to sand it down to see if it actually feeds.

i had to dremel the internal Saiga mag and epoxy glue the feed ramp using JB Weld.

took them almost a month to get some response but it was during xmas and he apologized because they were getting slammed with orders

Our response time is generally within 24hours, but I do apologize if over Christmas some emails or phone calls did escape our view. If you write and you don't hear a response in 24hours, please write again. Thanks!

As we've discussed, our cerakote colors are standard cerakote colors. We can custom mix when asked, however when gray was ordered, we use the exact gray as it came from cerakote.

Thanks

Defcon, I got one of these kits and am starting my build. Any tips or advice regarding the barrel portion of the work and magazines?
