personally i'd never give a 20 year old a handgun through IFT; if they did something stupid I'd be concerned that on a civil suit I'd get sued. I'd let them wait until they are 21 and its all on their head.

No, it is legally mine therefore I claim 100% responsibility. Furthermore I believe I fall into the "lest concern" category as far as young gun owners go.

you don't recall the cracker war of 1986? the little fish crackers had it out for the saltines, would have won but the saltines called the Triscuits. what a massacre it was.

For anyone else that was interested in knowing, i had my CCW interview everything went great. The detective told me i should be receiving an email within weeks with my approval. He said "you dont have anything going against you so i can't see the Sheriff saying no to your application".

That's funny because at 18, I was issued both an M9 handgun and an M16. Nobody said anything about me having to wait until I turned 21, or liability, or doing something stupid. Get my point?

Actually, I think they did. Maybe you weren't paying attention, but you were representing your country, not yourself.
Congrats to Cracker, that is pretty great that you already have a pistol and your CCW.

Everyone knows the Saltines do the bidding of the Keebler Clubs. The Clubs run everything behind the scenes, nobody crosses them. It was well known the Clubs had it out for the Fish.

Congrats on the new addition.. and on the training report. Wish my county was as easy to navigate as yours.
