Steam it with garlic and butter or cook it on a cedar plank and toss the fish and eat the plank. Or give to cats.

Cajun seasoning, breading, and hot oil will make anything good. Then never tried carp lol

Gave a good bit to the needy family. Said we will get together for a fish fry. Have had some kind of fish (have no idea what it was). They just scaled it, gutted it, chopped it up and then deep fried (no breading) and topped with salsa. Was crazy good.

the only time I had carp it was good, but I was drinking so everything was good. It was deep fried and I was dipping it in that sweet chili sauce for lumpia. Iíd try it again
