Default 40 S&W PCC, Thoughts?

Recently bought a 40 SW upper from Pro2aTactical, 16 inch, I wonder if it requires the same buffer and spring that you ran through a 9mm PCC, what other parts that needs to be done, changed or upgraded?

I've got an NFA glock mag lower and Lone Wolf 40 upper, 9mm buffer, standard carbine spring. Have several thousand through it and it's great fun.
