Operations Manager

Franklin Armory® is a premier firearms manufacturing company with facilities in Nevada and California.

Franklin Armory® is looking for an experienced Operations Manager for the Minden, NV manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee site operations, managing all aspects of the manufacturing process, including receiving, production, warranty/repair, quality control and purchasing
• Effectively lead staff
• Meet and maintain production schedules
• Identify process improvement initiatives to improve safety, quality, cost, and productivity
• Oversee flawless inventory control of raw materials and finished goods
• Manage the movement of goods into and out of production lines, to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and sustainability of operations
• Perform personnel functions, including selection, training, and evaluation

Job Requirements:
• Must have extensive Armorer experience with AR15 type rifles and other modern arms
• MRP experience is a plus
• Must be computer literate with Microsoft Office programs and Quickbooks
• Versatility and willingness to work within an environment of changing priorities and high growth
• Must be able to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization as well as customers and suppliers
• Must be able to pass an extensive background check.
• Must be able to possess a firearm under Nevada and Federal law.
• Must pass a drug test.
