Default Monterey bay aquarium ccw

I'm going to the aquarium soon and read before that people were carrying and had no issues. I went to the website and this is under the weapon policy.

The Monterey Bay Aquarium has established—and strictly enforces—a No Weapons of any kind policy to ensure an enjoyable experience for all our guests and to reduce any potential risks to your safety. Weapons include (but are not limited to) firearms, (including toys and replicas), chemical or electronic "non-lethal" devices or sprays, impact weapons, knives or other sharp instruments. Signage on Aquarium property states weapons of any kind are not are permitted. Visitors are prohibited from carrying firearms—concealed or not, and regardless of whether the owner holds a permit.

You're right. I'll let you know if they changed and now use metal detectors.

Been through the aquarium more then once. I luckily was able to hold back from defending the poor sardines from the evil seals.

You will be fine. Even metal detectors are useless when the monkey running them just wants to get people through.

You should be fine, I CC there as well. Haven't been there since last spring, though.

I always thought it a penal code wasn't posted a sign don't mean crap... If your permitted, then your permitted unless by law. Right? Cause if not, then I'm posting up no shirts or bras for females on my property!
