Medcop was shooting Urodoji’s CAR-15 and had commented to him on the excellent, smooth
trigger. I was asked to send Medcop a description of how this was done. Urodoji got Medcop in touch with me, and I did some sketches, and described to Medcop how to do it. Historical Background
During WW II, the US lost hundreds of aircraft in the China-Burma-India (CBI) theater of operations. Although hostile fire from Japanese forces accounted for many of these aircraft losses, the vast majority of US aircraft were lost due to inhospitable weather, mechanical failure or navigational error. The Aluminum Trail, published in 1989 by Chic Marrs Quinn, lists over 700 US aircraft lost in the CBI theater. The personnel losses were far in excess of this number, as most aircraft had multiple crewmembers and were often transporting passengers. The US Dept of Defense stated in 2004, that more than 500 US aircraft and 1,200 crewmembers and passengers remain missing in the CBI theater, with an estimated 416 Americans still missing in India alone. Nowhere in the CBI theater were the aircraft losses higher than on the notorious Hump route between US airbases in northeastern India and airfields in China. Many of these aircraft have never been found, and their crews and passengers have since been declared Administratively Dead, Unrecoverable or MIA. The CBI theater and its Hump route might have more MIA US airmen than any other WW II theater of operations. I have taken on the project of searching for and recovering these MIA Americans. For practical reasons, the initial focus of the MIA recovery project is on finding and identifying the crashed aircraft. Once the found aircraft have been positively identified, a review of archival records will quickly determine everyone who was aboard the aircraft when it disappeared. Generally speaking, most of the crashsites that I reach have unrecovered crewmembers and often some passengers. It was very rare that the personnel had safely parachuted from the aircraft and survived the crash. Next, a detailed report is prepared and posted on this website along with relevant photos. A copy of my report is sent to the appropriate government agencies. Finally, I make every attempt to locate and notify the surviving family members of the personnel who were aboard the missing aircraft. Any human remains which I find at a crashsite are delivered to the US Dept of Defense for DNA matching and then repatriation to the families. One Mans Search For Missing Airmen and Planes-PRESS ME

Ghost Town - Introduction
My name is Elena. I run this website and I don't have anything to sell. What I do have is my motorbike and the absolute freedom to ride it wherever curiosity and the speed demon take me. I have ridden all my life and over the years I have owned several different motorbikes. I ended my search for a perfect bike with a big kawasaki ninja, that boasts a mature 147 horse power, some serious bark, is fast as a bullet and comfortable for a long trips. here is more about my motorcycle I travel a lot and one of my favorite destinations leads North from Kiev, towards so called Chernobyl "dead zone", which is 130kms from my home. Why my favorite? Because one can take long rides there on empty roads. The people there all left and nature is blooming. There are beautiful woods and lakes. In places where roads have not been travelled by trucks or army vehicles, they are in the same condition they were 20 years ago - except for an occasional blade of grass that discovered a crack to spring through. One of the VERY BEST stories on Digging for WW II artifacts..AWESOME
60 years ago a Kiev's area witnessed some of the most severe battles of WW2. Covered with earth from explosions the humans, arms and ammunitions were left on the battlefields. With entering this site, you will join me and my friends for visiting a historic places of battles. We don't take standard trips with their boring guides, we take shovels, detectors and plenty of water. Water because the only way to find something is to dig and when you dig, you drink. You drink a lot because once you found a relic you can't stop digging, you know, it is real, it was there in time of a great event and you know that next item can be this special one worth all you efforts... More time spent checking out the model making. I can not help myself with my sincere enjoyment of this form of hobby. Here in this days link is the work of a true artist who seems to work with dioramas. Incredible mastery of this form. Completely original work. Not that I am any expert, but I feel if you check out his site and the image gallery to the right you will see what I saw.... Amazing!!
