Default 94/22 I've been eyeballing this gun for 5 years

I finally got the deal done on this gun. Its been sitting in a closet for close to 45 years. The gun is amazing.

I think it was made around 73-74. Serial # is F17***3 Could I be wrong about the date?

It takes a lot of balls to play golf the way I do

Picked up a 94/22 XTR unfired in original box last year...$600.00 and worth every penny...
TURNING and turning in the widening gyre
The falcon cannot hear the falconer;
Things fall apart; the centre cannot hold;
Mere anarchy is loosed upon the world,
The blood-dimmed tide is loosed, and everywhere
The ceremony of innocence is drowned;
The best lack all conviction, while the worst
Are full of passionate intensity.

I like the stocks without checkering like yours. The two guns that I wish I had bought a couple of as investments 35-40 years ago are the 94/22's and Pythons. Not to sell for profit now, but as gifts to my sons and nephews.
