On the right side of this page there are several processors listed.

I used to cut up my own deer so I know it's not hard but I'm also looking to have some sausage done and would like to have some hams smoked.
Thanks for the link Hallx7 I'll check that place out but I would like someplace a little closer. |

The Glen Avon ones are off of the 60 north of Riverside. I think those will be as close as you may get. I've looked at a much larger list of processors in the state and don't recall seeing anything closer to you than those 2

sausage is easy to do at home, just a matter of finding GOOD casings. And kitchenaid mixers are a joke for meat grinding, need something more robust.
I understand on the smoker though. cheap smokers are junk. |
