Milpitas wallyworld ammo wall is almost bare. They have plenty of blazer 9MMs, some .40's and 100 rounder .22's. What's going on???

Related question.. how's that .223 Federal 100 pack shoot? IIRC, it's 45-50gr JHP and I'm using an 18" 1/7 twist. I haven't tried it yet but thinking about it while waiting on more prepped brass.

As of about 2 hrs ago, the one in Laguna Niguel has ammo. About 20-25 boxes of WWB 9mm 100 ct for what seems to be an increase in price ($20 ea). a bunch of .22lr (federal brand seems to be the better deal), 380 Auto, 44 Mag, etc.

There was only one box of Remington .40, which someone bought while I was there, & I got the only 4 boxes of WWB .45 230 gr. The Asst. Manager did say that they had more that wasn't on display, but I didn't press to know for what caliber.

But they do have some Remington 40 s&w value packs for 31.97 .... Seems that state wide walmarts got a decent shipment in within the past day or so ...

I saw this and visited the location (tried calling ahead with no answer) and they are all out of 9mm, 1 .22 federal bulk, couple 44, 40, lots of 380. The guy scanned the wwb 100 round pack and said they are all out even in the warehouse. Oh well.

What??? Dude, I apologize, but I wasn't joking. As of 11:30 AM Today, they had about 20-25 boxes of WWB in 9mm for approx. $19.98. Someone must've beat you to it. Early bird my friend, early bird...

No worries...I picked up a .22 federal bulk pack and called the Wallmart over at Foothill Ranch and they had 2 x 100 round boxes of WWB 9mm. I asked the guy to put it on hold and made the pick up.

I was at the Duarte Walmart yesterday morning and they have a few boxes of the 9's and 40's. I did not see any 223's or 45's.

Walmart here, at Lakewood and Paramount are all out as well. When i went there 3 days ago they still have some .40's 8 box left (Blazers) none of the remington 250 pack (bec i got them all, thank you very much), but a lot of high caliber ammo (no SW500). Prices will change and expect it to be higher.

The super secret location in SD is still out of everything (or at least that's what the Sales Associate told me (as you can't actually see the ammo, you have to take their word for it). I heard Poway had 9mm WWB this morning. Same price as always.

Default COPPER HILL WALMART

As of 2:00PM today the Copper Hill Walmart on Kelly Johnson had the Federal .223 / 100 round value packs. 9 boxes. Bet there's more in the back cause they also had a crap load of the Federal .22 550 round . No 45ACP OR
9MM. Figures they restock after I buy my reloading equipment.
Who bought all the powder and primers?

5 rem .22 550 round $16.50
5 federal .22 350 round $?
5 WWB 9mm value $20
8 federal 100 round value $40

No .45

thats what i remember

The WWB 7.62x29 value packs would have been $27.97.
WWB 9mm value packs at $19.97.

I went to the Aero and Kearny stores last night and only one had one box of .40 which was the value pack. Aero had several boxes of 7.62x39. Kearney had one box of 7.62x39.

After I left, Kearny had 2 value packs of 9mm WWB and a bunch of Blazer Brass boxes at $8.97 each.

I was only able to find one box of .45 at the Aero store.

We need more SD updates here, too.

Hey you just raided my turf! It's all good. That's the Murrieta Wal-Mart. Actually the ammo is there for the "pro-active" people I go to 4 Wally Worlds between home and work and have accumulated over 10k rds of .22LR and over 2k rds of 9mm last week alone.

Do all Walmarts carry ammo? I seem to recall some, especially in "urban" areas, not selling ammo.

As far as Norcal is concerned, Alameda and Contra Costa County Walmart's don't sell ammo (something about a deal allowing them to build more Walmarts than they would be able to otherwise).

Anyone have a cheat sheet on ammo carrying Walmarts? Especially in the north LA county area? I'm too lazy to drive around all afternoon to check them all

Was just over at Mountainview Walmart and bought 5 boxes of 9mm WWB value packs @ 19.97 each. There were at least 40 boxes left of the 9mm.

I also counted at least 25 boxes of Federal .22LR 550 value packs (around $13.50? each) .
No 223, but there were quite a few boxes of hunting type ammo, ie 30-30, 30-06, etc. I think there were a few .308 hunting loads as well.

Few boxes of .40 & .38 but no .45ACP
