Steyr AUG Rifle
Atlantic Firearms is now a Steyr Arms authorized distributor and will be offering a wide variety of the Steyr AUG rifles and pistols .These are made in Austria and imported in the US by Steyr Arms USA. We should be expanding our line of California Legal Steyr AUG rifles in the next few weeks .

So this is what these guys got:
Dear gun shops, please don't order this stock. I love Steyr, but they have decided to go with IRREMOVABLE fin plate. So that means - if you ever take your AUG out of state or laws change, you're stuck with that thick metal plate fused into the polymer. Do your homework and order removable fin grips. Horrible idea. Was eagerly waiting, but will pass on it now. |

We are working on other options and have a few other ideas and have found a barrel extension .The only downside is some CA dealers want the extension welded in place or permanently attached .

You might have to do conversions outside the state. This is what wbtguns.com has set up - they convert in AZ and import here. |

Unless I'm mistaken, the new regs REQUIRE the OAL to be permanent for featureless bullpups. So why would that be a downside...they can't be sold any other way.

The permanently attached part only mattered for the now closed AW registration. |
