FTF transfer of ammunition LA County
I've been searching for something that outlines the specifics of private party sale/transfer of ammunition in LA county(Montebello and the surrounding area to be exact). So far I have come up empty handed. Does anyone know for sure if the transfer has to take place at an FFL or can I just meet the person at reasonable location and make my purchase? Any help/information would be greatly appreciated. Just want to stay in the confines of the law.
