I just called the shop and there is the regular 10-day bs. For some reason, I thought small-bore rifles were exempt. I must've read that somewhere a long time ago. California pisses me off.

I'm also left-handed but I do a lot of bench-rest shooting and I want to plant my elbow and leave it there which is a little hard with a right-handed bolt.

Here's a couple more -

A pair of Charles Daly (Serbian manufactured by Zastava) Superior II's .22lr - I'm still deciding whether to refinish the muddy colored one. Wifey says "leave it alone".

CZ452 Special .22lr

Savage 93R17-BV .17HMR

CZ452 Varmint .17HMR

MAS45 Military Trainer .22lr - French made in 1947 w/Mauser tooling

Talking Savage Model 40 (from ~ '70s).

Old school plinker + new school scope = fun all day long

.22 shots from 50 yards, first set of three on the top line, second set on the bottom...

My match gun. Might trade her in for one of those modern 22 spaceguns. Or not.. Might be a nice gun to hold onto for awhile while I shoot the modern free rifle.

A CZ-452 I picked up from another Calgunner. It is still much more accurate than I am, and I'm sure a lot of you with bolt-action .22's that cost 1/3 of what this did can outshoot me.

This thread makes me smile. I love a good quality .22 bolt-action rifle, especially with iron sights.
My CZ 452 Mannlicher full-stock. It's got a 20 inch barrel, the wood to the end of the barrel with a muzzle cap, and amazing, high-quality iron sights.

Here's my Marlin 25N from the late 90's. It's in excellent shape and since the pic was taken I'm refinishing the stock...just because.

Mossberg 817 .17 HMR

custom paint job, custom trigger job, cheap bipod, and a barska 6-24x60mm Swat Tactical Elite (kinda cheasy name for a scope, but it works GREAT)

And believe it or not this little rifle successfully made a shot at 800 yards after purposly walking my shots in and adjusting accordingly.

Im never giving this little rifle up.
